Black Book Terminal is a journaling and education tool. It is not financial advice, does not provide trade signals, and is not a broker or order-execution service. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. No results are guaranteed.
Plans and cancellation
Pro is $19/month or $149/year; Elite is $39/month or $349/year. No free tier or trial is offered. Taxes may apply. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of your current paid period. Past-due subscriptions do not provide access.
Refunds
First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment by emailing support. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable, including partial months and unused time. Refunds are not given for accounts suspended for abuse, sharing logins or violating these Terms. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
One person per subscription
No account sharing. One subscription is for one person. Do not share logins, resell access or abuse the service. Violations may result in suspension.
Prop firm rules and market information
Prop firm rules shown in the app are for convenience only. You are responsible for verifying your firm's current rules. Data and embedded charts may be delayed or unavailable.
Records and governing law
After cancellation, account and journal records are retained for 90 days following the end of paid access, then permanently deleted. Earlier deletion may be requested by emailing support. Billing and payment records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal purposes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.
