Your private records

We store your account details, trades, screenshots, prop firm accounts, notes, payout logs and preferences to provide your private journal and desk. Trade records and screenshots are restricted to your account. Authentication and some preferences use browser storage.

Retention and deletion

Account and journal data are kept while your subscription provides active paid access. After cancellation, we retain those records for 90 days following the end of your paid period so you can resubscribe without losing your journal, then permanently delete them. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing support.

Billing records

Billing and payment records are kept for 7 years for tax and legal purposes. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by Black Book Terminal. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

External services

TradingView and linked news sources operate under their own privacy policies. Screenshots are stored privately and displayed using temporary viewing links.
